Who I am
ScalePoint is the trading name of Scalepoint Partners Ltd, run by Martin Koderisch from London and Barcelona. If you have a question about your data, email martin@scalepointpartners.com.
What I collect and why
When you sign up I collect your name and email address, and nothing else. I use them to email you when new tests, prices and cluster reports come out, and to tell you when the paid subscription starts so you can claim your free first year. I only do this because you've ticked the box agreeing to it.
Who else handles it
The sign-up list is kept in MailerLite, the email service I use to send updates. MailerLite stores the list and sends the emails on my behalf. I don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long I keep it
I keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details I hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing me. If you're not happy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK or the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos in Spain.
