I've spent over 20 years in payments, fintech, and regulated financial services—across consulting and operating roles at banks, fintechs, payment networks, and SaaS platforms.

I've worked hands-on in customer operations, risk and compliance, platform integration, post-merger consolidation, and regulated product launches. That experience shaped my perspective on where execution actually breaks down and value gets stuck.

The pattern: growth, complexity, or change outpaces operational capacity. How the business runs becomes the constraint. That's where I focus.

I'm based near Barcelona and work with clients internationally across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.
