I’ve spent more than 20 years working across payments, fintech, and regulated financial services, in consulting and senior operating roles spanning banks, fintechs, payment networks, SaaS platforms, and other regulated environments.

That experience sits behind the perspective on execution and value creation set out above. It has been shaped by hands-on work across customer and digital operations, risk and compliance, platform and partnership models, post-merger integration, and the structural requirements involved in launching new business lines, products, and markets under regulatory constraint.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked on dozens of strategy-to-execution situations across payments and fintech globally, typically where growth, complexity, or change has started to strain how the business actually runs.
