How I Engage
I structure my work to reduce delivery risk and focus effort where execution will actually move outcomes.
Diagnostic engagement (2–4 weeks)
A focused assessment of how execution currently works. I work closely with the leadership team to identify where value is constrained and which execution levers matter most.
Deliverable: Executive briefing with clear priorities and a practical path forward.
Fixed scope and useful on its own.
Execution support (3–6 months)
Hands-on support through delivery on a small number of priority areas. I stay close while changes are implemented and internal capability is built.
Deliverable: Measurable movement in cost, revenue, risk, or delivery confidence.
Typically structured as a monthly retainer.
Advisory retainer (ongoing)
Ongoing senior input for CEOs and CFOs who want continuity of judgement rather than project delivery.
Deliverable: Clear challenge, guidance, and execution perspective over time.
Light-touch, regular cadence.
Focused working sessions (1–3 days)
Short, structured sessions to create clarity quickly around operating model design, integration planning, or execution approach.
Deliverable: Alignment, decisions, and a concrete next-step plan.
Usually time-boxed.
Smartsheet solution design and implementation (6–12 weeks)
Where appropriate, I design the execution architecture and oversee the build of Smartsheet-based solutions to replace spreadsheet-driven coordination and support cross-team orchestration. Detailed configuration and build can be delivered through specialist delivery partners under my direction.
Deliverable: A working execution backbone aligned to the operating model.
